He does not support the state's bail reform laws and wants judges to have more discretion in assigning bail. He will prioritize cracking down on quality of life crimes like retail theft and illegal cannabis shops.

  Chris supports regulating AI data centers that are driving up residential bills and fighting to lower residential customer bills rather than giving special deals to large corporate data centers.

  Chris strongly supports the state's new class size law for smaller classes, paying teachers fairly, fixing Tier 6 retirement benefits, upholding collective bargaining rights, making CUNY and SUNY tuition-free for in-state students, and expanding trade school training programs.
