Clyde Vanel (born June 19, 1974) is an intellectual property attorney and entrepreneur serving as the assembly member for the 33rd district of the New York State Assembly. A Democrat, he chairs the Committee on Banks and the Subcommittee on Internet & New Technology. He was first elected in 2016 and is running for re-election in 2026.
