Leads with the cost-of-living crisis — 'affordability has become a foreign word to far too much of this country.' Would expand the EITC and child-care tax credits and create a congressional 'Food Subcommittee' to watchdog grocery pricing.

Housing

A hyper-local NYCHA focus: fight the planned demolition of buildings at the Fulton-Elliott and Chelsea Houses, demand federal repairs for the Stanley-Isaac and Amsterdam Houses, and push back on co-op and condo maintenance increases.

Health care

'Healthcare is a human right.' A universal option that preserves private insurance, expanded Medicare dental/hearing/vision, fully extended ACA subsidies, and caps on life-saving drug costs.
