Supports abolishing and dismantling ICE, ending for-profit detention and deportation, and investigating abuses by federal agents and contractors. Proposes pathways to lawful permanent residence, more refugee admissions and work authorization for asylum seekers while cases are pending.

Supports strengthening the PRO Act and collective bargaining, federal support for organizing, a federal jobs guarantee, a $17 federal minimum wage by 2030, paid leave and a 32-hour workweek without reduced pay. She also proposes stronger protections against workplace surveillance and union busting.

Supports tuition-free higher education with federal grants covering attendance and living costs, alongside fair pay, job security and collective bargaining for educators. Also supports a moratorium on generative AI in schools to protect student privacy and cognitive and mental health.

Supports redirecting federal transportation dollars from highways toward public transit, walking and biking. Proposes more federal transit spending, better transit access, reconnecting communities divided by highways and technology investments that support union jobs while reducing driving emissions.

Supports a rapid transition to affordable clean energy, freezing electricity rates, resilient infrastructure for flooding and extreme heat, stronger heat protections at work and local toxic-site cleanup. Also proposes regulating AI's energy and environmental impacts.

Supports Medicare for All as a universal health-care system without copays, high deductibles or private-insurance denials. She says coverage should continue when people lose jobs and include reproductive and gender-affirming care.
