Kathleen Waterman-Marshall was elected to New York City Civil Court in 2019 and appointed as an Acting Justice in New York County Supreme Court in 2021. Before becoming a judge, she practiced civil law, represented children in custody and neglect proceedings, and served as Principal Law Clerk to Justice Arthur F. Engoron.
