Vanessa Aronson runs unopposed for an open East Side Assembly seat
Vanessa Aronson filed in Sept. 2025, saying she would bow out if Assembly Member Alex Bores, who holds the seat, sought reelection; no incumbent is running. She advanced on the Democratic and Working Families lines after both June primaries were canceled and is the only candidate on the Nov. 3 ballot.
